What is the difference between the Public and Team Course?
The public course is a standard course that takes 2 days, and uses a mix of public and private sector case studies. The public course is only available for pre-registration in select locations.
The Team Course is a course that can take 2 or 3 days, and uses industry / sector specific case studies, and data. the Team Course is available when you have a minimum number of participants typically 6 in cities, or 8 in regions.
The Team Course is also available in a wide variety of locations.
What should I do read to prepare for the Innovation Course?
No preparation is needed. Just bring a healthy rested mind! A good night’s sleep is all you need.

Is there any limitations to the license?
Yes. you may not resell our resources or content, publish the content, consult using the content or create derivative materials using the content.
How can I customise the Innovation Course?
Book a Team Course, and fill out the survey in the “Welcome to the Innovation Course” email, and we’ll do the rest.
Can I use my iPad, iPhone, Android, Tablet, Blackberry, Notebook or Device during the course?
Yes. As long as you keep it on silent (no ring, no beep, no vibrate) — and you make no noise with it during the course.
Participants who take calls in the room will be asked to leave, unless otherwise agreed at the time of the booking.
We cover this in the “housekeeping” in the first 15 minutes.
What language is the Innovation Course™ delivered in?
In English.We find this works best for international clients in most locations.
Can you deliver the innovation training in another language?
We are working on French, German, Hindi and other language materials.
At current clients can provide a translator, or in major cities 2thinknow can organize a translator at a small charge.
Can I change the duration of my course?
Yes. From 4 hours to 5 days!
Can I change the focus of my innovation course?
Yes you can select an industry or sector focus — see Courses here.
What sectors can I include for my industry focus?
We call them industry and community segments, and there are 31 segments. They are listed here.
Do you include Open Innovation, Design Thinking or Services Innovation?
Yes. These are mentioned in each module. Our own 2thinknow innovation models take these concepts and improve upon them, however, you are in control. With the survey in the “Welcome to the Innovation Course” email, you an request any major model you prefer. (Customisations must be done 7-21 days prior to the start date).
Can I ask for a specific thinker to be profiled?
Yes. e.g. If you prefer Roger Martin (Design Thinking) or Edward De Bono (Six thinking hats) — you can specify in the survey in the “Welcome to the Innovation Course” email.
What is a Executive 1-on-1 version of the Innovation Course?
It is a private 1 on 1 session (or 1 on 3 if you include an assistant and/or direct report). The difference is that the Innovation Course™ is delivered as a dialogue rather than a series of exercises. The included content is the same, but the length can vary from 4-8 hours based on the number of case studies included.
