Which locations can I book the Innovation Course in?

Our many current locations, and pricing per attendee, are listed on our Training Locations page.

Where do I find your per attendee charge for my location?

This is listed by region, on our Training Locations page.

What is the a minimum number of people for team courses?

The minimum is the minimum number of people in a Team Course, for us to hold the course. We need a minimum we cannot hold the course. For details for your location see the Training Locations page.

If not specified assume it is 6 people for cities, and 8 people only for regional areas.

It’s just me and I am excited about the Innovation Course, what are my options?

You can register or pre-register, for next public the Innovation Course in select locations. See >Pre-Registration.

Also, get a few friends together (you don’t have to work in the same company) and book a Team Course. You can even do this online here.

For executives and ministerial leaders, you can also enquire about 1-on-1 express training.

I pre-registered for a public Innovation Course! What will happen next?

We will add your pre-registration to any other registrations, and once we have 8 people total (the minimum for a public course) on or near your location, we will run a course. You can assist this by asking your friends to also pre-register here.

Am I committed to buy if I pre-register for a public course?

We’d ask you don’t pre-register if you are not serious about registering. This is not fair on other people in your area.

When will you add more public courses?

This will be done based on demand, and resources.  You can help by getting more friends to join in the Innovation Course, and spread the innovation.

What do your per attendee fees include?

All courses include case studies, professional instruction from 2thinknow course leaders, and all resources, delivered at your office or the course venue.

Are there any freebies?

Yes, of course, to inspire innovation. The Innovation Course includes freebies for attendees, that vary by location.

Can I hold the event at your conference venues?

Yes. For most cities in the world, we can arrange a CBD facility. Just ask. This adds around USD $150 per participant in most locations for a 2 day course, and includes lunch, and wireless internet.

How do I confirm my Team Course or Public Course booking?

Confirmation is automatic once your training is paid. This must be completed (and confirmed by 2thinknow) 7 days prior to the Innovation Course.

Can I cancel or reschedule a Team Course?

Yes. There is a 10% charge for our slide and event preparation time, if less than 21 days before the first day of the Innovation Course.

If this is less than 7 days prior, there will be a 50% charge for rescheduling and no refund for cancellation. This is to cover our staff’s booking.

There is typically no charge if the change is more than 21 days prior.

What languages is the Innovation Course held in?

International English.

Can you hold the Innovation Course in French or German?

Yes, with a translator. It is anticipated that in the near future we will be able to hold the Innovation Course training sessions with instructors speaking German and French. However, we recommend English.

Can you deliver the innovation training in other languages?

You are welcome to arrange your own translator. A significant portion of the course is in English, however, the activities can be completed in a native language.

Why do you recommend English?

Examining ideas in a different language, and using different cultural norms, helps with creativity. If not everyone in your group is the same level of fluency in English, perhaps appoint a focal communicator to support the team captain for exercises.

Why are 2thinknow presenters the best at international concepts?

We ensure that our presenters have clear English presentation, and our slides are constructed for international presentations.

Which locations is lunch included?

Lunch, and morning/afternoon tea are included at public courses, and at courses held in our venues.

How can I specify special food requests?

Our communications staff will send you a “Welcome to the Innovation Course” email before the course, and you can simply specify vegetarian/vegan and religious-based options. There is no extra charge.

Can I specify different food?

For dietary or religious reasons you can specify vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, peanut-free, kosher or halal food options. Available options may vary depending on location.

If you have a serious please advise us in writing when booking, and your trainer and the caterer (as applicable)

Can I get a lunch rebate?

Should you prefer your own diet/meals we can rebate catering from the cost of the course up to 21 days prior.

When do I need to give you a list of participants?

Ideally at least 7 days prior. In the “Welcome to the Innovation Course” email, there will be an option to list participants. This will be used for course participant sign-on sheets. However, attendees can be changed right up to the beginning of your training course.

One of our attendees has special mobility needs, can you help?

Yes. Simply advise us in the “Welcome to the Innovation Course” participant list, by adding a note for accessibility. We will then make the needed arrangements.

One of our participants has a visual or hearing impairment, how do I advise you?

Once again, please advise in the “Welcome to the Innovation Course” participant list.

Is there any additional cost for your course leader travel?

It’s a flat rate per attendee, for most cities in locations listed on our Locations page. Only if you are in a remote area, or a long distance from a major airport, or it’s snowed in(!), then we will add a small surcharge.

Can I book in a location not listed?

Yes, of course! 2thinknow can create custom price Proposals to deliver the Innovation Course at select locations within Asia, Africa, India, Mid-East and South America. This includes resorts and conference destinations. Please contact us to discuss.

Course Payments FAQs

I completed your Course Booking Form, when will my course be confirmed?

Upon receipt of payment.

What is the easiest way to confirm my course booking?

Instantly via credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Amex through out merchant account. Or PayPal.

Can we pay by PayPal as well?

Yes, of course. We can email you a PayPal invoice, which you can pay at PayPal via credit card or bank account. To understand PayPal see www.paypal.com

How can I make my booking and give you my card?

The easiest way is to use our online booking form here, and we will send you a Booking Invoice. Our accounts staff will then call you for your credit card details, or you can pay via PayPal.

I have received an invoice what do I do?

The specified member of our accounts will call you in your time zone, and get your card details for payment. The specified member’s details will be on the invoice.

How do you charge my card?

We charge your card in Australian dollars (AUD$), converted according to the latest mid-market rates at currency site: Xe.Com The charge will appear from Simple netaprise pty ltd, our trading company. The effect is to instantly confirm your booking.

What other payments can I use?

Money order, International Money Transfer / EFT or Company / Bank Cheque (Check). Your booking is confirmed once the monies are cleared. There is more information on payment options here.
